Being completely honest with you, I naively always thought we were just going to be discovered out of nowhere and hit the big time but I think the reality hit us that this wasn’t going to be the case when we spoke to Hookings Management.
They gave us the confidence that building a monetised fanbase was achievable but explained we just needed to apply ourselves differently. We had just released our debut single & music video and Silky (CEO) told us he could help us take our career to the next level. At the time we had a local fanbase that consisted of mainly friends and family but thanks to Hookings Management’s Artist Development Package we now have an army of superfans from all over!
We are able to release our debut album in 2021 off the back of a very successful crowdfunding campaign which saw us raise over £10,000 from our fans. Silky has grafted with us for the past few years on helping us understand how to market ourselves as well as giving us a lot of crucial advice that has led to us being played on BBC Radio One, Kerrang! TV & Radio, BBC Introducing, Landing Spotify curator playlists and much, much more! If you’re an independent artist looking to take your project to the next level, I would seriously recommend hitting these guys up, we wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for them!

Laura Betts (Singer)
Over the last year we have developed an invaluable partnership with the Hooking's Management team. They have helped us design and deliver some top-notch professional content across copy, video, photography, album artwork and website - something we didn't have a clue on how to start! They also produced 2 high quality music videos where we got storyboarding, recording and editing included. On top of the quality content outputs, the team really understand the importance of finding your audience and keeping them engaged and having creative strategies to help DIY bands like us actually get heard and sell our products.
We have been amazed by the results so far, in less than a year we have racked up half a million views of our music videos, our Facebook following has grown from a few hundred people to 5,000 and we now have 700 engaged fans on our mailing list. We even managed to sell out our album within 2 months of its release - all way above our expectations!
Hooking's have helped us turn a passion project into something we can monetise and they've helped us believe that we can achieve (and surpass!) our goals.
